Hi, guys for the last 7 weeks we have been doing design technology. The latest thing we have done is a phone case and we needed to make our own one. We made our own with acrylic. To cut it out and make the pattern we used the laser cutter.

12$ meal challenge

Hi, guys last week we did the 12$ meal challenge. This is when you get in a group of six and we have a budget of 12$ to feed all of us. In my group, I had Travis, Jv, Khyle, Khush, Niko and me.  We were making pasta with chilly sauce also we have some juice. We went to pak, n save to buy all our stuff. When we got back we started to make our food. 

We also walked to go to the shops. After all the groups got there meal finished we took a photo of all the food. We did this for our wellbeing and our four aspects of wellbeing. At the end of this challenge, the food was good and we had lots of fun doing it.

Solar Panel	This is to get power and energy for the rover to move because if there was no power it would not move.
Laser	. It allows the rover to control its own use of ChemCam, an instrument that learns the chemical composition of rocks by zapping them with a laser and studying the resulting gasses.
Camera	The rover has several cameras focused on engineering and science tasks. Some help us land on Mars, while others serve as our “eyes” on the surface to drive around. We use others to do scientific observations and aid in the collection of samples.
