Hi, guys today I am going to tell you how to play tapu ae and my experiences play this sport.
What is Tapu Ae
Tapu ae is a traditional Māori ball game. It is an adaptation of ki-o-Rahi to a court game and was formalised about 1900. Today it is played on a hard surface such as a netball court. The court consists of two sides where players pass the ball aiming to knock the block in the middle of the two sides over.?

- The guardian protects the target and tries to stop the other team from knocking the tennis balls off the cones.
- You can not run with the ball. You can only take two steps.
- You can not go in the guardian's circle at all.
- The ball got to go to all three zones.

What was your role in your team for these games?
When I play tapu ae I am the guardian. That is when you are in the circle at the end of each court defending.

I liked when the other team when they take shots at me because when they do not take shots it is boring.
