My weekly physical activity.

  1.  train for soccer
  2. play a soccer match on Saturday 
  3. run
  4. walk
  5. scooter
  6. biking




30 minute a day five days a week. I promes That I will do one of the 6 things at the top. a day.

  1. How are you going increasing your exercise? Your promise is a bit vague, set some goals, eg: 2 days a week I will walk the long way home.
