Hi, guys welcome back to my blog. Today for pe we did lots of things. We did the Agility test and the 30-meter sprint. We did this because to keep us fit. Also, we did our heart rate. For our heart rate, we measured it with our bpm while we are resting. This is called a resting heart rate. For our agility test, we but some cones and weaved through them. And the final thing we did the 30-meter sprint and that is when you just run 30 meters.
