I think that Rodney does not care who or what the bullet was for. He thinks it is cool and
The person was caught by the police because he was trying to sell smoke to a kid and I think the bullet dropped from the car.
He does not look cool any more because he got caught.
I think he has learned just because it looks cool does not mean it is right for you.
be your self and don't try to have or take something the is not yours.
